Kick off your adventure with a hotel pickup and a visit to Koronekes, a family-operated olive oil mill. Here, you’ll gain insights into the production of extra virgin olive oil, tour the facilities, and indulge in a sampling of various olive oil varieties and local delicacies.
Next, venture to Digenakis Winery, where you’ll be greeted by the hospitable winemakers. Explore the vineyards, cellars, and bottling areas while learning about winemaking techniques, indigenous grape varieties, and the island’s unique terroir. Savor a guided tasting of five top-notch wines paired with light meze snacks.
Conclude your journey in the quaint village of Archanes, where you’ll feast on a delectable lunch at a traditional eatery.
