Embark on a half-day guided driving tour to explore the unique area of Apokoronas in Crete, the eastern province of the Chania region. This immersive experience will take you through rural villages, where you will have the opportunity to meet locals, delve into the island’s rich history and culture, and savor authentic Cretan delicacies. Witness the breathtaking landscapes of the Chania region, visit small family businesses, and engage with local producers. Sample Cretan olive oil, raki (“tsikoudia”), cheese, honey, and other delectable treats while gaining insights into the Cretan way of life. Conclude your tour at a traditional “Kafeneio” for a delightful lunch before heading back to Chania.

Before setting out on this adventure, it’s important to note that the tour has a duration of 6 hours and is recommended for individuals aged 2 years and above. The group size is kept small, with a maximum of 20 people to ensure a personalized experience. Lunch is included in the itinerary to satisfy your culinary cravings.
Start times for the tour vary throughout the week, with morning departures on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Unfortunately, the tour is not available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, or Sundays.
Included in the tour package is a 6-hour guided tour led by an English-speaking local guide, round-trip transfers in a luxury private vehicle, museum entrance fees, local tastings, and lunch paired with local wine. Please notify the organizers in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or food preferences. It’s essential to be punctual as the vehicle cannot wait for more than 10 minutes in case of a delay.
