However, fear not, as several establishments offer relatively reliable WiFi access, combined with wonderfully pleasant settings. Here are some options to consider for your connectivity needs while exploring the Pokhara area.
## #1 Byanjan
Byanjan presents itself as a delightful restaurant and coffeeshop, boasting a truly remarkable rooftop patio that overlooks the serene lake. During our visit, it was still early, and the kitchen was not yet fully operational. Nevertheless, the Lavazza espresso we enjoyed was notably good, providing a perfect start to the day. The rooftop setting offers a stunning view, making it an ideal spot to enjoy your coffee and connect online.

## #2 Boomerang Cafe and German Bakery
The Boomerang Cafe and German Bakery offers a charming roadside setting, complemented by an array of delectable pastries and exceptionally friendly staff. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the local atmosphere. It’s a very popular spot for both tourists and locals alike and for good reason! It’s a warm environment, the coffee is high-quality and the service is second to none.

## #3 The Pavilions Himalayas
Nestled approximately 5 miles, equivalent to 8 kilometers, outside of town, amidst picturesque rice paddies, lies The Pavilions Himalayas, an amazing resort. This luxurious accommodation provides not only a tranquil escape but also boasts excellent WiFi connectivity. However, it’s crucial to emphasize that the reasons to visit this unique haven extend far beyond mere internet access. The Pavilions Himalayas offers an immersive experience in natural beauty and luxurious comfort. It is a wonderful place to visit and unwind.
WiFi quality: While we didn’t personally test the WiFi during our stay, based on the overall quality and ambiance of this exceptional resort, we have absolutely no reason to doubt that its performance surpasses that of other establishments we evaluated.
## #4 Pokhara airport lounge
The Pokhara airport lounge provides a surprisingly pleasant experience, particularly when compared to other airport facilities. The lounge offers complimentary WiFi access, as well as a selection of acceptable club sandwiches and refreshing Lassi drinks, among other refreshments. In terms of cleanliness and general ambiance, this airport significantly surpasses KTM, although it is important to acknowledge that KTM sets a rather low standard. This location also acts as a great place to get your bearings when you arrive to Pokhara.

## #5 Various lodges along the Annapurna Panorama Trail
During our exploration of the lower Annapurna trails, encompassing destinations such as Ghorepani, Khopra Danda, and Tatopani, we successfully connected to various WiFi networks available at the lodges along the way. While we were able to perform basic tasks like reading some messages and chatting with some kimkim travelers, it must be noted that the connections experienced were quite choppy. Nevertheless, it is truly remarkable that WiFi is even accessible in these remote lodges, situated at an impressive altitude of 3,600 meters above sea level. However, we strongly advise travelers against making any promises to their employers regarding being constantly online throughout their trek. Furthermore, it is worth considering that disconnecting from the digital world might be a blessing in disguise, as it allows for a deeper immersion in the surrounding natural beauty and experiences.
